Terms and Conditions for Sales and Services

 

Proposals, Estimates and Quotations

These are based on GBP £ prices in effect at date at the time and exclude VAT, which will

be charged at the current rate when applicable.

 

Billing & Payment Terms

Consultancy and projects are billed in advance by agreed stage payments as required.

Payment terms are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Goods to be supplied must be paid for in advance by Pro-former invoice prior to shipping, unless agreed in advance, in which case payment is strictly 30 days net from date of invoice.  

 

Additional costs

Additional and material costs will be billed for payment in seven days from date of invoice.

 

Late Payment

adaptiveRF Ltd complies with The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1988 and reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% per month.

 

Expenses

Expenses such as travel: 2nd Class rail, car mileage at £0.45 per mile, subsistence and hotels etc are billed at cost and will be invoiced as required for payment in seven days from date of invoice.

 

Intellectual/creative property

adaptiveRF  Ltd  will assign Intellectual/creative property, where it owns them, but retains ownership of all deliverables, including Intellectual/creative property, until full payment of all current invoices is received.
