The LPA9V0 is a board level S-band PA capable of providing 1 watt of linear RF power. Based on a highly reliable InGaP/GaAs HBT PA device this board provides typically 10dB of gain and has a useable bandwidth of about 80MHz in the frequency range of 2.3 - 2.5GHz..
The board provides over temperature protection and output harmonic filtering.
Can also be supplied for L Band operation.
